A few days ago, I went to the annual Distortion festival. For those of you who don’t know what Distortion is, imagine finding yourself in an overwhelming crowd of people in the streets of Copenhagen, partying and dancing to the music from the make-shift concert venues which goes on for as long as the eye can see. Lots of crazy and unexpected stuff is always bound to happen during Distortion, so if you plan to experience it for the first time, make sure you’re prepared!
As usual, I had my cameras with me (which I rarely leave behind at home), so expect to see many photos below 😉
I mainly attended the two final days of the festival which were held on the island known as Refshaleøen, one of my favorite go-to places in Copenhagen.
One of the best moments I had during this years distortion was, without a doubt, the “foam arena” where a volunteer would shoot foam over bypassing guests with his giant cannon (no pun intended).
Totally worth it!
It wasn’t all party though as there were many noticeable concerts that had to be seen (and heard).
